How are you different from other realtors?

Like other agents we help people buy and sell real estate. Unlike other agents, we are always free for buyers and guarantee you'll love the home we find you for at least 2 years or we'll sell it for you commission free. Plus, we've closed 100s of transactions totaling over $100 million in sales volume.

I thought most agents didn't charge the buyers any fees?

Thats the case when the seller is willing to pay their fee. What most agents don't tell you is that if the seller doesn't pay their fee its your responsibility. That could be thousands of dollars. We guarantee to never charge you, thats what makes us different.

What about the NAR Settlement?

The NAR (National Association of Realtors) basically said that listing agents can't disclose the buyers agent compensation on the MLS. We are actually all for this because it helps prevent steering. Many agents would steer buyers to properties that they would make more money on. Since we guarantee no fees will ever be charged to buyers, it doesn't affect us.

How much money will you make if I work with you?

Remember, you won't ever pay us a dime when buying. What we make depends on what we're able to negotiate with the seller. We typically aim for 3% of the purchase price, but sometimes we settle for nothing to get you the deal. However, our average compensation ends up being around 2.3% of the sales price.

Would I save money if work right with the listing agent?

Most likely not. Typically when an agent represents both sides they get paid twice what they normally would from the seller so it doesn't actually net the seller any more money. It also creates a conflict of interest, as they represent the seller's best interests. Having us as your agents ensures you have someone advocating solely for you, which can lead to better negotiation outcomes and potentially saving money in the long run.

Do I really need to hire a real estate agent to buy a home?
