Unlike other agents, we are always free for buyers and guarantee you'll love the home we find you for at least 2 years or we'll sell it for you commission free. The NAR (National Association of Realtors) basically said that listing agents can't disclose the buyers agent compensation on the MLS. We are actually all for this because it helps prevent steering.
